There have been recent reports on several Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion executives either leaving or being laid off at big companies. The position is essentially a human resources role and usually reports to the HR head. The position has been around, but companies ramped up hiring due to the 2020 response to the George Floyd murder. Companies started sending their DEI hires out to contribute to media segments on the economic and workplace racial disparities. The Indian CEO Sundar Pichai said they would diversify Google’s workforce and increase the number of Black executives. Corporations are already starting to renege on those commitments.

First, I recall the above headline in the White Supremacist Journal aka the Wall Street Journal which states “CEO Sundar Pichai says he aims to raise the proportion of ‘leadership representation of underrepresented groups’ overall by 30% by 2025”.

When you see a vague term like “underrepresented groups” you should immediately know the fix is in”. This can include other races and categories such as LGBT. The long history of barbaric mistreatment of Black people manifested in the video footage of the murder of a brother at the hands of so-called law enforcement is once again being used for non-Black benefit. This is woven into the fabric of American society. The psychopathic view is that nothing is supposed to solely benefit Black people.

Second, we have evidence of these companies openly saying they want to hire more Blacks while at the same time doing things that undermine our progress. For example, Google owns YouTube and we know about the evidence presented to us by Black channel owners on how they don’t get their channels promoted the same way white channel owners do. In fact, they undermine and antagonize the channels. The Black Media channels have often talked about being on a shadow ban. Doing things such as manipulating the algorithms to suppress the channel as a choice for users of similar content, not alerting users when owners are going live, and un-subscribing users without their knowledge. Professor Black Truth’s channel has recently had an age restriction put on a few of his video briefings for blatant false reasons.

Last, this is the standard protocol for how politicians and corporations deal with us. First, they act concerned and make verbal commitments about what they are going to do. Second, if they do act on a promise, weaken it by bringing in other groups and doing things half-heartedly. Third, when enough time has passed and the pressure decreases, or politics have changed, default back to the status quo. It’s documented, from 40 acres and a mule to affirmative action – reneging is a part of WS culture. The whole DEI pretend initiative was just a place-holder to keep this racist society from doing anything that creates real change until the next one comes along.
